So I've been looking at ways to take better pictures with the camera I have (point and shoot Canon Powershot 1200SD) and found THIS on Amazon and got it.  Tried it out today and while its hard to use the controls on the camera through the plastic, it is very nice to just reach down with the camera and take a picture of a coral while it sits there undisturbed.  I still have some more practicing to do in regards to adjusting the lighting etc and my camera will never get a super macro shot like a more expensive camera, but for the money, I'm quite pleased with it /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

Yea thought about it, sucks that Brad is so far away, we made a trip up there not to long ago, so me and gered could buy his old frag tank. Its about 3 hours or more for us, to get up there. But I need a sump built for my nano, so I might head up there.

Something that small shouldn't be too expensive to ship /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif  That was a sweet looking frag tank, btw

B-rad doesn't ship, just in case something were to happen. The frag tank is pretty sweet, there is alot of stuff in it right now, but we should have some stuff for sell come swap time.

Nice pics, you have inspired me to buy one of these for my camera. Mine is supose to be waterproof up to 10ft but I don't have the guts to try it.

Well mainly because it has a automatic lens cover that opens and shuts when you turn it on/off and i'm worried about saltwater getting traped in there.

Yeah, I totally wouldn't submerse it!  SW would wreak havoc inside the camera!  This thing I got takes some getting used to, but I like it.  Glad I got it and for me, serves its purpose.

saltwater hasn't dont any harm to my camera. if water gets inside the camera its protected under factory warranty as its suppose to be water proof. i have no problems testing the limits of what things are suppose to do if they will get replaced for free.
