Need a male roommate for Iowa City apartment

I am moving out of our current apartment to go to grad school and my two siblings are moving to their own apartment. Therefore, Brian is in search of another roommate. He already has one friend moving in but it is a three bedroom apartment. Address is 2645 Heinz Rd. #2, Iowa City, IA 52240. Rent would be $333 per person and utilities split three ways. Another option is if a couple were looking for a place. Currently Brian and I share the master suite of our apartment (giant room, double sink bathroom, shower, walk in closet) but Brian is more than willing to take one of the smaller rooms if a couple wanted to move in. That would put rent down to $250 per person if you wanted. The entire place is 1250 square feet with large living room that won't have anything in it once I move out. 
Brian and his roommate Ben are both 23 and studying journalism at the university. Both enjoy playing video games but are courteous and don't blast the sound. Both keep themselves and their environments clean and ask that any roommate would do the same. 
Otherwise, there would just be three cats living with you every other 2-3 months. Brian and I are "sharing custody" of our fur kids and will be swapping them back and fourth over the next four years. 
Please, if you or anyone you know is looking for a place, please let me know ASAP. If we don't find anyone soon, we are going to have to find a new place for the guys to move to.
