So I have an elos 120 and snapped the damn custom return fitting. Its a 3/4 inch hole which means no standard bulkhead will work. Any suggestions? Coralvue has been a pain so far to find anyone that can help me. No one seems to know what I am talking about.

Take your parts into sprayer specialty in Grimes and see if they can hook you up. They have impressed me with what they have and can make work in the past.

    I second Dave's response.

  5. The other option is to go to a swimming pool supply store. Nearly all of them will carry exactly what you need. Not sure where you are at but Iowa Pool and Plumbing supply in WDM carries about everything imaginable.

Thanks for the ideas. Called sprayer earlier and didn't seem like they had anything, but maybe if I take it in they can help me figure it out.

went to both places mentioned with no luck. Neither had anything for a 3/4" hole. I am now thinking I may have to try and drill the hole larger to fit a standard 3/4" bulkhead. This option however makes me really nervous. Glass is 1/2" thick.

Do you have a picture of the area where the return fitting is supposed to go? Having a hard time envisioning the problem. Is it s 3/4" bulkhead, or an actual 3/4" ID hole with a specific type of fitting just for the Elos?
