Advice? Need custom build 75 gallon stand (48x18)

Not sure if you all know anybody/place in Des Moines area that can build a show quality stand for decent price. This is for a 75 gallon rimless tank measured 48x18 and preferred 30-34" tall. I was thinking about similar to the ADA stand:

Fine line woodworking no longer taking smaller project under $1k.

Well, I guess I might just go out and purchase all the tools and try to build this stand. Since most places wants $700-$900 for the stand.

 

See link below, I would like it to be in black. If you scroll down the page, it tell you step by step on how to build it. If it's cheaper to skip the Formica and do it black paint. I wouldn't mind it, as long as it stand water drips.
