need return pump badley

    i got a return pump and its junk its LittleGiantPump and man is it loud it pumps but its loud loud i got a 125 gallon if some one have a pump that will work for it thanks

    one other thing i had my back of my tank drilled so i tied to make stand up pipe and thay are loud tried to drill holes in them and cap the pipe top still getting that sucking sound badley any help thanks so much

    I have a couple blueline 40x external pumps. They pump around 1100 gph at o ft head. One is around 2 1/2 months the other is around 1 1/2 years old.
    $130 for the newer one $90 for the older one

    ill take a mag 9.5  the stand up pipe are way way loud i get the slurping noise when the water runs in the pipes

    Try adjusting your water level inside the tank. I notice on mine, which is a 40 with only one 1.5" PVC drain, that if I adjust the water level in my display tank by adjusting my return pump, the noise level changes. Also I would check that whatever guard you are using isn't blocked by algae or something that could be disrupting an even, quiet flow.

    thanks its a brand new set up 24 hrs old wish i would of never had this thing drilled did not know the stand up pipes wher going to be so loud

    I have a 1 month old pump blueline 70x for sale if you know someone that needs one I paid 250 for it I would sell for @ 175
