Need some seed rock/sand

I've got my tank filled and BRS reef saver rock and sand. Running it for a day or two to work any final kinks out of the setup. Does anyone have a couple pounds of established live rock and maybe a cup of sand with some water I could buy to get things started? Probably obvious but I'd prefer it from someone confident they don't have pest anemones/nudibranches. I'm in Des Moines. Thanks.

 

Oh I wish you were closer. I won't have a chance to drive that way until next week.

 

Thanks for the rock and water. Got it in the tank. I used about a 2 inch square of some Rod's food in a mesh bag rather than shrimp since I had it sitting in the freezer from my nano tank.
