Help!! Need someone to take over maintenance of 2 tanks in DSM area

I have no time free as it is and the 2 tanks I help maintain are now a thorn in my side, even though the maintenance it stupid easy

1) Taki Japanese Steakhouse.

Simple - clean algae scrubber every 2 weeks. Owner takes care of everything else. He might be able to do the scrubber also once I upgrade it.

Aside from that, on call. There is an immediate issue that I cannot help with. The tank has blown 2 Jebao wavemaker controllers, a skimmer pump, and now 2 algae scrubber pumps (Rio 1700) in like 3 months. There has to be a stray electricity issue or something but I literally am pulling my hair out between work and family and I cannot help solve this. I asked him to reach out here for help but who knows if he will. This one could use immediate attention.

2) Grove & Platt Dental Associates in Grimes

Bring 10g of RODI every week
Clean algae scrubber every other week
Owner wants a few new fish, tank needs some serious fragging of fuzzy mushrooms which have completely taken over
A few other things are on my to-do list, like replace lights with LED (I have the fixtures) and replace the sump (which I still plan on doing)
