Your tank is much larger then what I moved when I bought a tank from another GIRS member. But this is what we did and it seemed to work just fine. I brought buckets to save as much water as I could/had room for. Again this was a much smaller tank so may be harder for you to save water then transport it. I did make sure to not really clean anything out from the filter skimmer etc. This was to try and keep good bacteria. Fish, I was able to bag but tank was taken down and set back up same day. I left the sand in the bottom and all the live rock and coral went in the buckets with the water I saved. Otherwise another method which I'm going to use since I'm going to be taking down a tank to put a new one up in its place is to set up a storage tote to put the fish and coral in. I will use the water from the tank they are in now. Along with the heater and pump and HOB filter and skimmer. So as to make a temp tank. They will stay in this tote until the new tank is cycled and ready to go. I also have a second tank that I plan to cram full with corals that I can fit into it. You may also ask around if anyone can take your fish and coral until you are ready to take them back. I know some members have done that as well. I should mention I did not have any loses at all when I moved/purchase the tank from the other girs member. Good Luck!!!

The rubber maid tote as a temporary holding tank worked for me on many occasions with no loss of fish or corals.
