Need volunteers for FF

    Hey guys! Can I get some area support for Fall Fest. I just need 2 or 3 people to help with some grunt work Friday November 9th, from 5-9pm helping to get power cord ran, taped, vendors and tables set up and the closing the place up.


    Then Sat Nov 10th I'll need 2-3 people to help with final preparations, and then 3-4 people to help with registration, raffle tickets, vendor accomodations, working the club booth at the entrance etc.

    Cool thanks Fawn! if you want to just plan on coming a couple hours early before doors open that would be great!

    I've already got Matt Fisher and Elliot Kelley to help Friday night, so if we can get one more that would be great.

    I've got messages out to a couple of people about this too so we'll see who turns up!

    Andy I am in both days as long as I don't have to work. I shouldn't and am looking forward to helping. It will keep me from buying coral I don't need.

    anybody who is volunteering the day of the event should still have time to buy all the stuff they want! There's a fat chance that working will keep you from spending untold hundreds on all the goodies at the event! lol

    That's what i told Andy via pm too Kyle! I think were kidding ourselves. Conspiracy theorists suggest Frag Fests Are secretly sponsored by credit card companies and/or the Fed.

    Were all a bunch of crackheads lookin' for rock (literally).

    David, I told Bob to stay home Friday night since we have enough help already and won't need you guys to make the trip twice (once on friday night and once on sat) But I know Bob is coming down (and I would assume you plan on coming Sat). I told bob to come a couple hours early to get set up and ready to open the doors.

    That might just about cover it with all the other people from the club pitching in Mike Thompson, Janette Becker, Matt Nelson (might be busy with his table), Joe S. (?) I think that's a wrap guys thanks in advance for everybody who is so willing to donate their time and effort to making this day a success (I know it will be)

    I've been a bit absent lately, but I know you guys will see that we're going to make ourselves very proud at FF. I've ran a very aggressive marketing campaign and I think we're going to see a larger than average turn out. Thanks again you guys are the best!
