Neptune Service

    I just bought a used AC Jr and it was not until I tried to set it up that I relized sometyhing was not right. I needed a manual. I called neptune and expected to have to pay to get the manual. Well that is a free download. And the service guy stayed on the phone to go through some basic tests with me and found out why My temp was not reading, wrong probe. They treated me like someone that had just bought a top line controller from them. They did not hesatate to answer questions and help me any way they could. Absulutly awesome service. I just wanted to share, Shaun

    Can't wait til I save enough for an aquacontroller, most likely an AC3.

    This is a regular occurrence with Neptune. People usually talk to the owner Curt and they are awesome and have awesome equipment. Awesome equipment and customer service, why buy any other brand? Pretty good business plan I would say.

    Yeah, small companies like this seem to actually care about customers (probably because they need to in order to stay afloat!) For what it's worth you can find almost any manual you would ever want for anything that comes with a manual by doing a google search /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif

    I've had good experience with Neptune Service too. I sent in my AC3 when I thought there was something wrong with it (it turned out to be an issue with my network and not the controller). He spent 3 days monitoring and testing it and didn't charge me a dime. He even paid the return shipping. Neptune is a great company and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
