NEVER AGAIN!

Ive had both good and bad. Ive ordered a few wysiwyg nems, I havent gotten any of the packs. While most went ok, I did have a few issues. One order, 2 did not look like the pic. I emailed them, did get a response but it was "only 1 should have been wrong, we couldnt find it, so we figured it changed color." I kinda thought if they thought it changed color, what did they send? Another one had a torn foot, I responded and sent a pic, they said they would replace it no questions asked. Never did. They are usually sent bare, in a bag. Once they put 3 in the same bag, along with a couple handfuls of gravel, you could see nem chunks floating in the bag.
