Without looking a compatibility, what about a species of frogfish? LFS had a bright orange one that looked cool. Maybe a regal angelfish?

I don't know if you could have all of these but a school of chromis, a few damsels, a cleaner wrasse, threadfin butterfly fish, surgeon fish, puffer fish.

Don't want to sound like "the tang police" or anything but I think a 180g may be a bit on the smallish side long-term for a grouper, sohal tang, and an emperor angel. You'd probably be okay an emperor as long as he's the sole large angel. Although, I had a small adult queen and a majestic angel for years in a 180g without issue (majestic was introduced first and is on the more peaceful side in terms of large angels). But I would probably avoid something like an adult emperor and an adult blueface.

The grouper is for a mini 180 but you prob need a skimmer that works for 400 gal plus they are dirty fish
