here is our little bundle of joy.  we had her tuesday morning at 6:03am.  Melinda's water broke around 2:15, got to hospital around 3.   she went from being dilated from a 4 to a 9 in about 20 minutes....everything was progressing to fast for pain killers....so she had none.  she had to push for about an hour.  the cord was around our little girls neck but the doc caught it quick and cut it.  she had to be under oxygen for about an hour but everything is going great [IMG]  she was 7lbs even and 19.75 inches long.  her name is Sabrina Marie Frost

well i just got home and found out i forgot to shut my RO off before we left for the hospital....we started having a few contractions early tuesday morning and I turned it on to top off my sump, cause my ATO had a leak lately i hadn't got around to fixing....welllll her water broke, and that put me in a hurry to get to the hospital and forgot to shut off my ro and it has been running over for a long long time...so i have now lost most of my coral since the salinity has dropped way way down /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/sad.gif maybe its about time to step out of the hobby for a bit...

Chris, babies take a lot of time (and money), been there, done that.  That said, I'd be sad to see you leave the hobby.  Hope you can find a way to maintain/scale back and rebuild a bit at a time.  Speaking for myself I'll do what I can do to help you rebuild things (cheap talk when I have very little to offer but I'll try).  You've got a lot of changes coming, if you think you're losing sleep now wait until she's 13 going on 18!  But grey hair is what it's all about! Congrats Chris! Sorry to hear about your tank :-( Don't give up on it just yet or you'll just be putting it back up in 2 or three months anyway. I would be glad to donate some nice frags for you to start getting it restocked.
