Well I have been planning this for a while now and making sure things were ok for their temporary home.

The plan will be an indoor pond in my basement.  It will be framed out of wood, insulated and then drop in a pond liner.  Water changes will be handled by a drip system which will add water to the system constantly or set amounts of times and the extra water build up will drain out of a bulkhead into a floor drain.  Dimensions will be 5' x 6' and not sure exactly on depth but will be atleast 2'.  For filtration I will be using a 70g stock tank as a reverse sump that will drain back into the pond.  I am hoping the pond build will commence in 2 weeks and I will give more updated info when the time comes.

I will make sure to log the progress as things get going.  I am just hoping these 3 will hold me over when I get the big pond built /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/unsure.gif

60 lbs of pond liner should be here Monday, lumber should arrive that weekend and hopefully 2 helpers show up at the same time. I am hoping all goes smoothly and the hard part will be finished that weekend. Then I will have to start spending more money /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/sad.gif I need to get a pump for the reverse sump, figure out what to use for flow throughout the pond and then order heaters and heater control.
