My buddy just picked up a 80 gallon Marineland retailer series bow front, and from I can tell it started life as a lobster tank. It's actually pretty cool with a built in sump on the back, tank and sump drains, adjustable height canopy, and it's on wheels. He was planning on doing a 46 bow front when we found this on Facebook. I'm really excited about this build, not only because its a unique tank, but the best part is its not my money we're spending.

Nice find...and, yes, always fun when it's not your money.

However, not sure about "wheels". I can't imagine the structural strain trying to move it when it's at full capacity...over 600 lbs...but maybe the stand is made for it

The stand is all steel so I'm sure it's fine, I'm more concerned about the subfloor and all that weight on 6 pressure points

Awesome find! I would be keen on pulking the wheels off and mounting a pieces of wood across the bottom... thats a lot of weight focused on six points and is sure to cause trouble unless it is on slab.
