    Hi All.

    Completely new to the hobby. Always wanted an aquarium growing up but was shot down by parents. My son has a fascination with fish so I bit the bullet and started with a 55g freshwater setup about 6mo ago. My son and I are addicted and recently added a 29g biocube.

    Looking forward to learning all I can.

    We have a meeting on the 25th we are going to talk about testing the tank.

    If you want to join us your allowed to come to one meeting without being a paid member.

    lol me and yor son should hang out i coulde teach him a lot i have a 120 reef im 13 i live in des moines me and my dad love the hobby. he bought me a 55 corner tank witch is my profile pic when i was 6 then i added a 14g biocube two my collection and a 10 gallon fragtank then in 2010 i took dow the 14 and 10 and sold them and upgraded to a 29g bio cube and kept the 55 then 2014 aug 1 2014i sold the 55 and upgraded to a 120 reef ready i took down the biocube the next day. I dont no much kids that share the same intrest of the hobby like i do so thats cool your son likes the hobby.

    you should join girs free fall fest admision an lots of other perks of being in the club tons more you can do and the club and there are realy cool contest army dog creates ad cool prizes an it is fun you basically get your money back at fall fest. or spring fest the times i have gone i recived a 20$ dr fosters and smith gift card plus tons of goodies.
