I just had my birthday so do I have to wait another year for the half price off
Can you tell us about your QT procedure?  Will you have any kind of guarantee on fish and corals?  I'm sure I'll have more questions...teehee

Terri, when is your birthday?

We're getting about 200 fish in on Tuesday, we plan to quarantine them for at least 2 weeks in medicated tanks and free from stress to ensure they're healthy before selling to our customers. Since we are quarantining everything to ensure the health of our animals, our guarantee is that you will receive the healthiest specimen available, after it leaves our store the health of the animal is up to you. The guarantee on most online sites are made to make sure that the animal you get is up to the health requirements to arrive live and not be stressed from shipping. We feel by quarantining everything that we are holding up more than our fair share.

If there is something you or any other customers wants right away and doesn't want it quarantined, you are free to come pick it up right away.

We do custom orders, so feel free to request anything, even freshwater fish. We can get freshwater fish in, but we will only order them if they are paid for ahead of time and are picked up the day they arrive. We aren't going to be setting up any freshwater tanks to quarantine/hold.

We aren't officially open for regular business hours yet, but there is usually someone there during the day. Feel free to stop in if you give us a heads up to make sure someone's there to check on our progress. We're coming along pretty fast, but there's still a lot to be done!

Also, if there's any suggestions you have for us, please feel free to let us know. We're all "hardcore" reefers at the store, so we know what we look for in a fish store and have planned everything we've thought of, but there's always things we overlook.

We've got fish! Sorry for the crappy pics, there's no lights on the tanks, so all the light comes from outside of the tank. I didn't get pictures of everything(100+), but here's a few...

Great setup!  I'll have to find a reason to drive up - might be able to talk my wife into visiting the casino while I visit the shop.  Hard to say which one of us will spend more money!    Will you guys be able to help out repairing old lights and equipment?  I've got a T5 with at least one bulb not working - actually it needs reflectors too.

 

Love it and can't wait to visit!!!!
