Okay, here we go! I know this is a subject that has been over-talked for years but things always change. Looking for what do you like for a tank, Type, brand and style etc.
Have a basic 90 gal Marinland corner overflow that's been up for 10-11 years and have a bottom seal starting to seep. Have temporary system to set up out of the way, getting ready to fill and transfer livestock. Thought about liquidating and getting out but the wife knows how much I love having the tank and convinced me to make the most of it and continue on. Time for this couldn't be better as I'm planning on retiring in a couple months so I should have the time to do what I want, fixing the shortcomings of my current setup and ending up with a system to outlast me. The opportunity of setting up a new system actually excites me and I'm looking forward to it.
Want to stay with basic rectangle tank, maybe another 90 but leaning to bumping up to 120.

What I'd like to know from anyone, Pro's and cons from your experience about Glass v.s. acrylic, brand and style of tank and preferred vendors. A main focus will definitely be Quality and reliability for not leaking. Springing a leak absolutely terrifies me especially since we are traveling much more lately. I would really appreciate to know what you guys think.

    Thank you.

I have an SCA 120, very nice tank and really like the euro brace.

Will be selling it in the near future, building out a 180 with a 60 gallon frag tank plumbed together.

I have a 300 gallon tank from Custom Aquariums. Low iron on the front and sides. The customer service was great. It has been up and running for about 5 years. It took me 5 years to get it up and running with me, building the stand and doing all the plumbing and electrical. I absolutely love it.
