I'm hoping someone has one I can borrow for a bit. I got some aiptasia that needs eating. Lemme know.

Thing about that is you will need like 10 of them so they breed and colonize. 1 won't do much

The research I've done says that a nudi branch will eat about 1 aiptasia a day. There were folks in the club passing one around a while back which is why I ask.

Jason these things are very small. Hung has gotten them, but they blow around in tank and get killed very easy. I would buy a crap load of Peppermint shrimp that's what got mine under control when i had problems. They will die quick when food source is gone also.

Read the write up on salty underground. They recommend 6-8 per 100 gallons.

How long does it take for the bergahi a to clean my tank of aptasia.

It depends on the number of Berghia in the tank, the size of your tank and degree of the Aiptasia problem. We recommend at least 8 Berghia per 100 gallons of water for a moderate to heavy Aiptasia problem (50-100 Aiptasia per 100 gallons). It takes about 2-3 months for the Berghia to clean the reef tank if you use this formula. It may take a few weeks before you begin to see a difference in the Aiptasia population. Berghia are not an overnight fix.

That doesn't add up to 1 per day for a single nudi.
