Oceanic 29g Bio Cube FS

In a week or so I will be tearing down my 29 gallon bio cube that I will be selling. The following is what I have to sell:
Oceanic 29g bio cube w/ black cabinet stand. Hood is installed with a DIY LED fixture 22 bulb XP-G LED retrofit that is dimmable by two drivers. One driver for the blues and the other for the whites.
Aqua controller Jr with temp probe, DC8, switch box, and PH probe that may or may not work.
CPRs SR3 skimmer (This think is actually pretty impressive on how much gunk it pulls out). I also have the original bio cube skimmer that the buyer can have.
Selling all for $650. I will also have some live rock/live sand that I wont need that the buyer can have. Im guessing around 20-30 pounds or rock.
I will be willing to part out if I cant sell as a packaged deal.

 

I'd take $80 for the stand but would like to sell that with the tank if I can. For the controller package id sell it for $125.

 

If someone wants just the tank I will do $350 with led lights or $200 just for the tank.
Skimmer separate for $100.
