i would love to drill the tank but i dont want to tear it all out again and drill it then set it all back up, If down the road it does flood again theres not much it would ruin besides the drywall and thats 6 bucks for a 8 foot sheet and maybe some trim around the front of it but if that happens then that would be my chance to drill it and go that route. but from looking at my 180 to my non drilled its basically the same set up the only difference is the pvc doesnt come up through the bottom it just hangs over the back kinda like a overflow box does. If you think about it that way its almost the same set up minus the box. I appreciate all of the input and advice from everyone and hopefully this setup doesnt cause a problem and if it does i guess that will be the time i drill the tank when most of the water is already out.

IMO, if you just set up the tank then now is the perfect time to fix the issue. All you need is a bunch of buckets and/or a couple of 44g Brute cans and a day. That's just me though.

You say that all you would have to replace would be a little drywall, etc. But you also have an electrical hazard and liability if something were to go wrong. Not to mention that if you had a tank full of livestock and you had an extended power outage where the siphon broke and your stock needed the flow back when the power returned, only to have the tank overflow and stop circulating, then you are looking at a total loss (worst case scenario). That is why you are getting advice to fix the problem now. We're just looking out for ya!
