Does anybody in the Urbandale area have a par meter that we could borrow to check the levels of our hyrda lights? We have had a few coral bleach and go completely die and we are trying to narrow down the reason why... Our lights seemed to be a likely cuprite.

In case anybody is curious, here are the current setting:

We found that the UV lights were cranked kind of high so we have turned those way down now...

I would like to make sure that I have the lights set correctly though before I go about spending more money to replace some of the dead coral.

Are there any par owner / lighting experts that are close by?

If you are a Current Paid GIRS member I know that the waterloo/cedar falls area has a par meter. @ruggerkc@ruggerkc heads up that area if I am correct.

@Bboge13@Bboge13 is correct. The club has a par meter in each region as a PERK for GIRS members to use. I am the keeper of the Par meter for the Des Moines/Ames region. I live in WDM.
