Person backed out..135 still for sale

The person that was going to buy my tank isn't picking it up.  He keeps telling me he will be over and never shows up.  I'm tried of waiting on him so it's still for sale.
Oceanic 135 gal. RR tank and Med Oak stand     $450   

This quality tank is 72 x 18 x 25 – it is empty now - no leaks or chips - normal use scratches – dual overflows in each back corner – Durso standpipes – top of the line thick glass.  The stand is very nice, made of real oak and has 4 access doors with plenty of room for a good sized sump.  Sump and pump are included.

Yeah, it really sucks. 

I just set up a 58 gal corner so I'm good to go for now.  The problem is the longer it sets here the more I want to set it back up...ugh..it's torching me.

This tank just has to go.  I have to get new carpet and can't do it until it's gone.  I'm open to trading services/and or cash.
