    I hear he gives you a good deal if he likes you. So he must be a snap judge of personality and honesty. Or maybe he can tell if you have money or not?

    I think its more if you buy from him a lot he will give you a discount. That's all it is nothing more or nothing less.

    Hungs doesnt price things because he will negotiate with you, also the more you deal with him the better prices are... As for weird hours, its cuz his store is like his side job, his main is cleaning, setup and maintance of tanks at locations.
