Petsolutions order

Is this a dry goods order? I wish I would have waited on ordering salt, I just got a box of Reef Crystals earlier in the week...

 

I would watch it with petsolutions I had a verry bad experence with them once. I placed a order and it was takeing forever to arive so I called them and they had sent it to my old adress that I had not lived at for 6 months or so and I had ordered from the new one sence moveing so the mix up was compleatly on them. They said it was my fault and they wouldn't reship the order that I had to try to go get the package from the old adress. So I went over there and no package and the people that lived there said what package we didn't get any package. So my this time I was more than a little steamed. I called the bank and found out that the check had not been cashed yet so on the advice of the bank I put a stop payment on the check. I recived a call from petsolutions a day or two later they told me I had to make good on payment and I told them that would be done as soon as I got my order. They sent me a letter threatining me with fraud charges if I didn't pay up. I threw the letter in the trash and that's the last I herd of it. Not trying to screw up your group order just thought I would warn yea.

No it was about two years ago. I'm sure it's not that common of a situation but my point is they don't look out for there customers the way a company should for example foster and smith the same thing happened with them once and they sent a new shipment no questions asked.
