I have been trying to renew my membership clicking on the Join GIRS tab on the menu bar. When I click where it tells me to "Click here to pay via Credit Card or Paypal" it just reloads the same page.

ETA:UGH! Okay, I actually think that the problem was mine. I didn't realize the club kept my billing information on file. I just noticed a teeny tiny "completed" in the status section, even though at the top it still said "click here to pay". I probably clicked that button 5 times, so I hope I didn't pay five times. LOL!

Anyway, there was very little noticeable change between the pages to indicate that a transaction had taken place. Or a place for me to choose whether I wanted to pay with Paypal or debit, instead defaulting to however I paid before.

It would probably be a good idea to make a more obvious change the last page to indicate a completed transaction.

Forget the above part of my prior post. It did not renew and I am still having the same problem with the system.

If I click on "dismiss" when being followed, is that just deleting the notification?

I am having trouble negotiating the "Region" area /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/sad.gif When I enter the Ds Ms Region, I see where pics were added by Jason and Nik saying "great/nice". That's all I see... How can I find previous posts/topics in a Region? When wanting to post a new topic in a Region, how do I do this? Thanks!

My location shows as "private" and I have flipped all of my profile name/address attributes to "public". Not sure if this is a bug or a user error....thanks

    Pms:

It looks like my pm replies are being sent back to myself, not as a reply to the sender... Not sure if they're making it to the desired party.

It shows from you to you even though you sent it to someone else. It's just a buggy thing with the PM system on this type of forum, the intended recipient does receive the message.

Maybee this is a "old" software/computer issue, but I cannot start a thread anywhere for some reason. Page loads and the message/text editor is always grey and get a script error everytime. Tried on all 3 of my computers, nothin, is this an old XP issue after the site updates ect? Maybee im one of the few still running what could be viewed as an "old school" os lol, and dont have certain drivers???

if you are in the General (Hobby Related) section or Buy/Sell/Trade section (i've only tried these) and try to click the page number of a thread it takes you back to the forums page. on this specific thread it seems to go directly to the page you click

don't know if anyone else is having the same issue, but with the colors on the homepage it's hard to read the latest forum topics.
