Pot Roast`s 240 Gallon Leaking Tank Fix Thread

Hey if u can scrape all that crap off and take ur new bulkhead to the glass shop and just have them drill a hole in a 1/2" piece of glass then cut it to 4x4 or 5x5 then glue it to the tank and install the new bulkhead!
try Sassman glass or Clark glass both in DSM

 

Mind sharing what mode and power level you were running your Vortechs on? Along with how many and what where they were located at in your tank. I have two running reefcrest mode on my 120 gallon and I was planning on adding two mode to keep the detritus suspended. With two, I've seen no signs of issues. I know there is a warning about running short pulse (wave) mode asynchronously in the manual...but you would be the first person that I would personally know that experienced issues with this.

Hey AJ, this is why i was needing a pwr supply only the last time I saw u at spring fest. 1- MP 40 on the yellow mode? lol! in a brand new 40. it blew the front center out lost %50 of water in 1hr along w? a ton of s$*t ! say down with glass and careful use of vortechs.
Located in the center of the left side of the tank, Yellow random reef crest, 60%-75% pwr bare bottom AGA tank and stand (full refund!there great!)
I even saw a massive movement in the face and sides od my old Clairity+ 180 with only 1 mp40 on pulse @ 100%

 

Yellow mode is Reefcrest mode...and actually, I run mine on purple...which I thought was reefcrest, but turns out to be lagoon mode.

So what size tank, and where were they located at? And what type of tank? Standard, bow front? Brand?
