I'm looking into a premium bulkhead if one exists, I have continuous salt creep from my bulkhead, I've installed it properly and all of my other bulkheads do not leak whatsoever. The problem is, I drilled that particular hole wrong and it was corrected as much as possible but it's still an uneven and enlarged surface on the glass where the hole was started at first, but the final hole diameter is smaller than the original starting diameter, resulting in an uneven seal. I could deal with this by wiping the salt creep every couple days but I'd rather find a solution to the problem.

Take it out and Silicon around the gasket when you put it back in.

Schedule 80 bulkheads are stronger and require a bigger hole. I'm sure it would be possible to drill a larger hole over the existing hole and install a bigger bulkhead if that's what you choose to do. I imagine it would be a little more risky than drilling the first hole was.

To redrill a bigger hole clamp a piece of plywood over the hole to use as a guide or fashion something as a guide that's good and solid to the tank. Sounds like the sch80 with larger hole OD is a good idea to correct the original hole. I'd bust out the silicone tho as I would be afraid of breaking the glass
