So I've been reading online various places about people having flatworms cause problems with corals. I've got some flatworms and if they are going to be a problem, I want to eliminate them early. Has anybody ever had a problem with flatworms?

I had them once. I had to dose my tank twice to get rid of them, if they are red flat worms. Just follow the instructions and you'll be OK! Use Flatworm eXit by Salifert. Good luck!

Wrasses, pipe fish for natural control. And Bayer dips. But you shouldn't have Flatworms without some type of sps in your tank. And you don't usually see them either... where'd you get flatworms from?

I assume they came with some 50 lbs of live rock I got about 2 months ago. They are very, very small. I have SPS corals in my 30 half moon, but no corals in the tank I see them in. So the question is: Should I freak out and do something about it?

There are many kinds of flatworms, most do not need any type of coral at all, so it is irrelevant if there is SPS or not.
