Help!! programming reeflink

    I tried contracting ecotech customer support on Monday and they have yet to respond. i can't get my reeflink to connect to my ecosmart live account. I followed the video on YouTube and it just doesn't work. I know I've probably dome something wrong, if someone is willing to help me out tomorrow in the cedar rapids area that would be much appreciated!

  2. are these lights brand new? I have had to connect via usb and reset the lights, what are your symptoms?

    I don't have radions but I want to connect it to my Vectra m1. I bought the reeflink secondhand and I am pretty sure he said it was never connected but I can't remember for sure. I set it back to factory settings and when I try to connect it to the internet it just won't let me.

    If it has been registered with ecotech you will have to get their Support . Even if it is set back to factory they have to unregister the prior user and reset it for your usage.

    Hmm good to know! Thanks, Roman, I'll have to try bugging them again tomorrow then.
