Public apology

    I would like to make a public apology to reefguy2010, I had made some pretty crummy remarks about him and the way he was going about his new business, I got some second hand info on him and thought it was my place to say some crappy things, this is not the way I am and for that I apologize.
    The remarks I made were uncalled for and I own up to that---Lets also let it be known those were MY remarks and had nothing to do with Craig and AC&C.
    I, however, make no apologizes to Rich, I feel myself as well as the rest of the staff at AC&C have bent over backwards to help him out with his phone calls as well as his personal visits to the store, to only find out the info we were giving him was being shared with what I consider AC&C's competition. This is, in my opinion, a cowards way of conducting business.

    I would like to clear up this little misunderstanding before it goes any further.... I AM IN NO WAY A BUSINESS PARTNER WITH REEFGUY2010 nor is he a business partner with the store be trying to represent( Exotic Critter Corner). If this needs to be proved..call the store and speak to the owner (Bryan Rixen) or his wife. I helped him out with some problems they were having and answered the questions he asked. Much like I have done with other club members. Talk to Harleyhawk..Nick at Pets Playhouse..and several others. If you have a problem with me or anything I do....TAKE A MINUTE TO CONTACT ME. I will be more then happy to discuss it further.

    Just got off the phone with Rich, Somebody from the GIRS club is running their mouth and trying their damnedest to cause hate and discontent among other club members and store owners----Whom ever this is needs to step up and resolve this STUPIDNESS!
    My membership is about to expire and it couldn't come at a better time! It will not be renewed---I refuse to be apart of a club to where some of it's members have nothing better to do but make enemies of others.
    To those of you who I would consider a "club friend" you know how to reach me, and thank you to all that have answered some of my questions, purchased equipment and sold there goods to me.

    WOW what a journey!

    P.S. Rich if you find things out before me, fill me in.

    The only coward here is John for not contacting Rich personally before running his mouth about something he knows nothing about and that is completely UNTRUE. If you are going to be an ***, at least have your story straight before you start tearing apart someone who has helped out many members of this community.

    That's why I don't believe anything unless I hear it straight from the source. Way to many things get misinterpreted when your getting news second hand, third hand, whatever.

    John and I have talked about this.so I have no ill feelings towards John.but want to stress ....Just check the facts 1st.

    It's probably because every time you mention the store you say "we", "our", "us", etc.  It appears that you are saying you are one of the owners.

    I don't even know what this is about but Exotic Critter Corner is a sponsor of the club and fall fest. I have spoke with Bryan on a few occasions and I know you are not an employee of theirs Keith but, often times you do speak for them by saying we and our. I know your helping the guy and are real good friends with him but you can also see where that may be cause for some confusion from people that don't know.

    Anyway see you all at fall fest in Eldridge Ia. Nov 12th

    Wow, you guys... Looks like everybody has got way ahead of themselves on this one. I know what it can be like working in an LFS and all the drama and contacts and garbage, but there's no reason to bring this stuff into the club forum. I guess you guys can have it out every way that you want, but I hope members (especially new members) who are reading this don't take John's discontent and "dis-endorsement" of GIRS as a representative of our club environment. You guys all have your own microcosms that revolve around your friends, contacts, and groups out wherever you live and in no way represent the community at large.

    Let's keep it above the belt guys!

    This is  the owner of Exotic Critter Corner just want to clear up a few things. Reefguy2010 and saltwaternewbee do not have any ownership or work for me. They both have helped me out here with some issues at the store.If people have issues with them please take it up with them personally. We are  new pet store we are not trying to compete
     with anyone, we are just trying to run our own business and make a living at doing something we love. In the future any post that will deal with the store or questions people may have, will be made by myself or my partner (wife) that way there will be no confusion on anything dealing with the store. Thank you
