I am setting this tank up and this is my first time with a sump.  I am gonna assume that the heater goes into the sump?  Obviously with a 90 gallon tank it should probably have 2 heaters (I already have like 5 on hand from previous uses).  Thanks in advance!

Yes but use two smaller ones that together will do the job! that way if one goes bad the other can still help keep it warm. or if one sticks on, it cant bake your fish and corals!
