rbta for 40 bucks?

    I was in teskes the other day getting some flowers, and i noticed what appeared to be a rbta in one of those tanks for 40 bucks.  Now iam by no means an expert so i could be wrong and most likely am, but if there is anyone in the area that can stop by and take a look and confirm deny that would be great. if it is i may have to buy it just to save it from death
