   Well when i 1st got it it was doing great but now it is about 1in big mostly white with pick tips it looks like it is still alive what do i do

   Unfortunatly it is bleached & not much you can do for it.
   
   Try to feed it very small meaty food (puree it so it is almost liquid). give it good light & water & hope for the best.
