Set this up in June, and it's been a fairly slow process that's starting to pay off now. The full tank shot still isn't too eye catching yet, but it's coming along nicely, and I'm really happy with it! The fish couldn't be more entertaining. Either tangs just have a lot of personality, or mine is a little silly. He comes up to the glass and does circles, fans out his fins to show off, and all kinds of stuff. I guess what he lacks in color he makes up for with his tricks. haha

Here's a picture of my 29 gallon biocube that's been going for a few years now.

It looks very nice, I really like the "beach space" you made. What else do you plan to add to this tank?

Thanks, I plan to upgrade bulbs and circulation pumps next. After that, I'll build up on corals, maybe move the 2 clams from the 29g, and pick up a nice bubble tip nem. I would like to pick up a pair of clowns at fall frag fest from Booyahs. If I can ever catch my watchman goby/shrimp in the biocube without devastating the tank, I'll move them.

Oh - and I have a Reef Cleaners CUC on the way that should arrive tomorrow or Friday. Right now my crew is pretty minimal with 4 snails and 3 hermits.

Thanks for all the nice comments.

Tank tour? If people are up for traveling down a couple miles of gravel in rural Cedar County, then I'm sure I could make that work... But I don't know that my set ups are that special. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif

I'm really excited to update that over the weekend I got the phenomenal opportunity to take on another member's livestock. It kinda turned my tank into an instant reef. I'm monitoring everything closely and it's doing really well. Time to show some updated pictures! I couldn't be happier - I just wish I could stare at it all day. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/w00t.gif
