Rebuilding the 135

    I have mine sitting on the cover glass, so about 1"! The PAR values I quoted are from another member. I think those were 10" up with 90 degree optics.

    Hmm I don't have any glass lids. I'll need to measure the sections and see what optics are best for the space.

    Just go the the reefbreeders site and ask him. He gets back to you really quickly. Or use the reefbreeders section on reef central, either way he is happy to help. I have had fantastic customer service from there.

    I asked him on my tank and he told me to go with 120 degree optics on the value units and 90 degree on the photon which is in the middle of the 2 value units. Mine are hanging 3 inches above the top of the tank. I have a 125 gallon tank

    Thanks for the Pics Zoobie! I'm definitely convincing the wife to let me get the Reef Builder LED fixtures.
