So a while back, I know Craig had posted something in the forums about how the club knew of a way to recycle our old bulbs. I was curious to find out if that is still possible? I have some MH that need to be gotton rid of, but being environmentally conscious I feel guilty about them going in the trash and ending up in a landfill.
On a side note, i know there are areas here in Waterloo such as Home Depot, that do recycle compact flourescent bulbs and batteries, but they dont do MH.
Also would like to recycle some t8 bulbs, and also some household incandescent.
    Any Ideas anyone? Thanks!

Most cities have a recycling day a couple times a year where you can bring just about anything in. Google your city name and 'recycling day' or 'hazardous waste drop off day' and see what comes up. I know in the Des Moines area, each city has a couple each year. You can turn in anything from lamps to monitors to cleaning solvents, etc, at no charge. Otherwise you usually have to pay to have someone take them.

Also check your local churches. I know one in WDM that takes CFLs.
