Has anyone set up the net module to work with iPhone app? I have talked to their support and had someone from Reef 2 Reef forum try to walk me through it but still can not get to work. Just need someone to come to house to set up if can. Live in West Des Moines .

I have it setup on my android phone but I'm running a reef keeper elite. Can you access the net module from a computer outside your home network? Have you talked to opy1 on the digital aquatics forums? He works with networking for a living. He developed and wrote the android app and is very willing to help anyone via forums or phone. He helped me get mine up and running on my phone.

All I can do is access within my home. Which I think is pointless because I spend more time by my aquarium then on home computer. I have emailed Digital Aquatics and all they said is for support try the forum. The problem I am having, is I know nothing about computers and when they start describing how to do everything I just get lost. I have spent the last week trying to understand everything. Even told Digital Aquatics they can have the net module back in exchange for a lesser value pc4 module. So now was hoping someone who has set this up locally would be willing to come to my home and set up. I am even up to barter on something they may need. May even pay someone just to get past headache it has caused.

Digital aquatics does not support the apps for the iphone or droid since they did not write or design the software it is 3rd party application.

    Go to

http://www.forum.digitalaquatics.com/viewforum.php?f=22 and contact OPY01 he will be glad to help you out. He wrote the apps Also read through http://www.forum.digitalaquatics.com/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=7098 it will give you a little insight on how to set it up. I would help but am not that knowledgeable on setting it up and don't have a clue if the iphone is different in regards to setup compared to the droid. I'm also a 4 hour drive from you. It is a PITA to setup but once you get it set it's awesome to be able to check your tanks parameters and what equipment is running via your phone.
