Reef2Go Issue

    Just wondering if anyone has had a good experience with this company. They had a sale on July 4th and I ordered some Zoa frags. Well the order shipping has been repeatedly "rescheduled" and they are hard to get in touch with. I keep getting auto responses to my email.

    They are notorious for screwing people A 2 minute search will find tons of similar stories. Cancel order, demand immediate refund, or contact your credit card and ask for refund.

    Yep they rip people off all the time. Common to take 6months to get your order.

    Ive never had goodluck with them. Ordered from them 3 times 5 years ago will never order again.

    There is some that order from them all the time and everything lives. I personally have bever had luck though

    They do have cheap pods, and cleanup crews.

    Iv Order CUC once a year for the past 5 yrs and hav had great service.
    They even throw in 1000 free pods every time.
    Iv only ordered corals once from them and it arrived just great.
    Good luck tho hope they make it right for u.

    I think there was a group buy in DSM area not to long ago and I think it went OK. Sounds like they are very hit or miss apparently...

    I ordered from them about 3 months ago and bought 5 corals they gave me a extra favia but my purple monti was already bleaching so that died it allcame on time my experience with them was a good one

    I've had good luck with saltcritters.com. Fast shipping, good communication. A couple of downfalls with them, they don't list names for the corals, only stock numbers. The other is that they don't have a huge inventory. Haven't tried reefs2Go, heard a lot of people having issues.
