    Has anyone here ordered from them? I'm just curious about your experience with them. They have some really cheap prices on snails and crabs

    We ordered once last fall and had a pretty bad experience. Lots of things arrived dead and their customer service wasn't the Greatest. Ninja handled the order and can give more details.

    ahh thats too bad. were do you recomend? I'm on a pretty tight budget.

    I ordered from reefs2go and was very happy. Got more CUC than I ordered. Also excellent customer service, no problems in getting a credit to replace the DOA cleaner shrimp.

    I've ordered from reefs2go before and i was pleased with them. I was just checking other alternatives. the weirdest thing happened to the astrea snails i got from them, every single one of them started growing sea lettuce on them. its not growing anywhere else in the tank. lol but thats not a big deal (usually you would have to buy it).

    how do the group orders work? Do they ship seperately? I'm assuming you live in waterloo, that would be quite a drive since i live in jefferson. but maybe we could meet halfway or something. It will be a few weeks before I'm ready to order, so dont wait on me if you need to order soon. let me know

    Joel it was reefs2go.com we ordered from and had problems with. I would recommend reeftopia.com for Clean up crew

    I ordered from ReefCleaners.org and just got it delivered today. Although the only thing I ordered were some snails, everything was alive and he gave me some extras as well. It was very cheap and I used a coupon code to get 15% off too. John is the guys name and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sent me his recommendations for a crew and gave me the coupon code after that. Having not ordered from anywhere else, I can not compare it to anything, but it was a good experience overall working with them.

    I know he is active over on nano-reefs.com and seems to be very knowledgeable. Sounds like he will hook you up with what you need for your tank according to size and such.
