   My Uncle placed an order 3 months ago, and they still have not filled it. Plus they owe him/me $80 dollars and they will not answer the phone are they done or what......

   I just called them. They answered for me. I had trouble getting through to them as well when I placed an order. They seem to only be picking up phones first thing in the morning. At least that is the trend I had noticed.
