I had a good experence when I bought fish from them. I bought a flame angel, starry blenny, and a flasher wrassse. All arived helthy still have the starry blenny. The angel was a sps nipper so I sold him and the wrasse had a accedent lol. Over all I was pleased with the order and will probably order fish from them again someday.

As far as the size of the fish they were exactly as discribed.

 

I ordered some stuff from them and it's been really good. I got my coral banded shrimp and he's done great in my tank. I ordered a green mandarin fully not expecting it to live, but it was so cheap, I ordered it anyway. It's done great. The funny thing is, about the same time that I ordered that mandarin, I got another from someone else and the two of them swim around the tank together...rarely are they far apart. The snails have hit/exceeded my expected survival rate and as long as I was ordering the "large" variants of their items, I've always been pleased with the size. I also got a blue linkia from them that seems to be doing really good. I know they have a pretty poor survival rate in captivity, but mine seems to be doing good so far. I would order from them again. My only "negative" experience with them was I ordered a blenny from them...put it in my tank and never saw it again. My rockscape is open and I'm sure that it died. That could have been for any number of reasons.

I've only had good experiences with them. I need some snails if you place an order sometime.

I received everything perfect and healthy. They had a delay on some items that I ordered but they had them promptly and kept me well informed on delivery schedule. Very happy with purchase.

I ordered $400 of fish and cuc from them and will never buy from them again. Fish were TINY, crabs were TINY, the biggest fish I got was a flame angel and it was only as big as a quarter. Everybody else seems to be having good luck but my order was a complete joke.

 

Well I was going to comment but saw all the good comments and now I see a negative I will chime in. I have done 2 orders(second one was to replace a lot of die off from the first). Both came in horrible shape and everything was cold. First order included 3 fish and out of them 3 none of them made it over 2 weeks. Lots of my CUC in both orders were pretty rough and a lot did not make it. My second grievance with them and this is my biggest thing!!...was the customer service. There was none! Me and Matt waited at my house the day it was supposed to arrive and time just slipped by and no package. Decided to call them and see what was going on sense I had not heard anything but went by the schedule they had posted. Finally we got a hold of them and they seemed like they had no clue about our shipment and then minutes later said "oh it is shipping out today" This truly set me off and made up my mind to never do business with them again. That is my experience.

 

I too have had two bad expierences with them. they have bad customer service and the fish are all small and unhealthy and have died in a few days. I will never order from them again. if your going to buy fish go with liveaquaria.com or bluezoo.com if you want a Cuc go to reeftopia.com.
