Don't forget to back up your configuration file and back it up somewhere safe.

We had some kind of a power issue today that somehow knocked out my Apex program. I got an email alert from my Apex and when I got home, the whole thing was basically going nuts.

Once I located my backup config, it was no problem getting it back in working order.

I really don't want to even talk about this. My Apex blew a capacitor, pretty sure I never made a backup. More than likely my programming won't be there when I get back.

On your computer - login to your neptune systems controll pannel. Then go to Configuration - Load/Save. Then on the bottom of the load/save page, you click 'save configuration'. It will then ask you where you want to save the restore/backup file. Create a folder for Apex info where you know you will find it when the time comes...and save it in that folder. Whalah!

Is this possible with an older AC Jr model?

For the ACJR I think believe your only option is to use the AquaNotes software. You can copy the program and save it to a text file. Not sure though, it's been a while since I used AquaNotes.

Does anyone have a copy of Aquanotes they are no longer using?
