Remora Pro Advice

I have a 75g. I've had my Remora Pro HOB with Preskim box up and running with an automatic top off for a year or two now. I have around 100 lbs of LR, a 2/3 inch sandbed. 2 clowns and some iverst are all that is in there now. I have never had a large bio load in this tank ever. I have PLENTY of flo-maybe too much as well as a HOB emporer 300 filter.


Problem is I wonder if there is something I can do to make my skimmer collect more skimate. It has never been more than a light iced tea color. Never more than 1/4 inch of it every 2/3 weeks. I may get a green film on the center tube going up to the chamber and a light sprinkeling on the lid but that is it. Isn't it supposed to be pulling more? It has NEVER pulled more than this.
