You sure you want anything that big? They both produce some 4000gph, but there is a big difference between the two, where the Barracuda is a pressure rated pump it still produces 3000gph at 18' of head pressure the Dart will only produce about 1000gph at the same 18'. Are you looking for a basement pump? For your 75?

    Yes.
75 Sump going back to a 120g Tank upstairs, potentially running 12' across. I know I will have head loss...

I have a Reeflo Blackfin 2500 - 2" in x 2" out - Pressure rated to 22 ft head - Up to 3200 GPH - About 1000 GPH at 15 ft head (10 foot basement to to of tank) using about 175 watts at that level. If you elevate sump to counter level (which is what the previous owner did), you would get more like 1500 GPH Nice pump for what you're looking for. Brand new seal on it (was leaking when I got it...replaced it with new). $100 firm. Performance specs and pics available if interested.

And for what it's worth, this would be *way* better than a Dart for a basement sump (Dart would almost be unusable as they are only rated for 12 ft head pressure), but not as good as a Barracuda (which you can expect to cost you more like $150 used).

I agree with AJ on this one. I would try to find a pressure rated pump to go upstairs as you will have much better performance. Also try and run 1.5" all the way to the tank.
