Ok , I bought that revive coral cleanser and was surprised it smelled like pine-sol,is that normal? I put my corals in it for 8 minutes not 15 and at 3/4 the dose. Mind you all corals prior to this were in great condition. After they looked real bad for about a day. They have all come back but I am a little worried about my dendro. He is eating but the outside of the head looked like it was breaking down and it only looked like that after the revive. Plus the acans all spit their stomachs out , then pulled back in but it was really touch and go there. Any body else ever had a weird experiance with revive?

Coral RX smells like Pinesol too and it gets sudsy if you shake it. I had a cap not make it after dipping it in Coral RX for the amount of time stated on the label. Other corals came out ok but it makes you wonder if it's soap.

ok so its just not me. I thought I got a tampered with bottle. I have lost corals to coral rx as well and wanted to try revive. They both seem to be the same on the stresss they put them under.

Hmm I have used Coral RX and revive in the past and it never seemed to faze any corals I used it on. But yea it smells like straight up pinesol.
