Rimless Edge [DeRimmed Fluval Edge] Build Completed!

After 6 months, I've finally finished setting up my nano woot!

Thanks Sponge! Now that I'm done adding stuff to the tank, I'm going to focus on growing everything out. I will definitely continue to keep close documentation on the tank as it grows out.

For those of you who are interested in how this tank is doing, here's an update.


I'm going to upgrade this entire system. I picked up a tank from a reefer in IL.




I then proceeded to strip the black background & overflow and replaced it with window-frosting vinyl.




I plan on painting the pipes white tomorrow.


Furthermore, I plan on laser-cutting a new white overflow, and also baffle out a new sump. (With skimmer, and 2 Minimax desktop reactors!)

Worked with Zach this morning to repaint the piping & just finished siliconing the white overflow into place.
