   I haven't pulled the trigger on buying a RO unit yet so does anyone have any advice on where to buy component parts to make my own?  Also where is the most economical place to buy RO water here in DSM?  Thanks!

   WalMart's Culligan RO system also has water, at least here in Ames. I think its something like 25 or 27 cents a gallon? Some have reported issues, but when I was using that before buying an RO unit it always tested under 5 TDS. Where do you live? I would be happy to fill jugs with RO for you.
