   I know lowes carries the tubing as well as the press on fittings. Its in the plumbing section. You should be able to get precut lengths, or buy it by the foot off a big spool.

   They sell clear tubing at Menards; really cheap too if I recall.

   Any large hardware store should have it. You'll find it in the plumbing area and it's called 1/4" OD tubing. Usually it's available in both soft and rigid varieties. You want the rigid.
