Ok so i have replaced all of my filters and di resin and added another stage to my system. The only thing i didnt replace is the gpd Membrane. Why is it reading this high :/ has anyone had this problem? Should i replace the membrane also?

Could b air in Gpd housing.
Iv had to kinda tilt it bak & forth & up & down to get all air outa mine b4. & then it worked fine.
I wouldn't think you'd need to change membrane, but I'm no expert.

What is it before and after the RO membrane? That will be the best indicator for needing to replace the membrane. A good 75gpd membrane will have a rejection rate of 98%. I think typical for membranes we buy for our units is 95-98%. If you aren't getting that it's time to replace it.
They now have 3 position inline TDS meters that would come in handy. Before and after the RO membrane, then after the DI would be the best places to test TDS. A simple press of the button and you can gauge filter life.
I wouldn't run anything more through your DI until you get figured out. If you're outputting 87ppm after the DI you might have even exhausted it already.

Are you sure your meter is good?
